1. Acceptance of terms

By using Podium (path2podium.org), you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you should review them with a parent or guardian. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Podium is

Podium is a free, student-led nonprofit platform providing athletic development roadmaps, community resources, training guidance, and opportunity listings (academies, tournaments, marketplaces) for student athletes.

Podium is an information platform. We do not employ the coaches, run the academies, host the tournaments, or sell the products listed. Verify any third party independently before committing time or money.

3. Training content and physical activity

Roadmaps and training content are general educational guidance, not medical or professional advice. Athletic training carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified coach or physician before beginning a new training program, and train within your own limits.

4. AI-generated content

The AI Roadmap Coach generates responses automatically using third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a starting point, not a verdict — always apply your own judgment and, where it matters, professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to breach security, no impersonating others, no posting unlawful, hateful, or harassing content in community spaces, and no using the AI coach to generate harmful content.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

6. Your content

If you submit content (for example, showcase videos or community posts), you keep ownership of it. You grant Podium a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

7. No warranty

Podium is provided "as is", free of charge, by a small student team. We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee either. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Donations

Donations are voluntary, processed by external providers, and—unless required by law—non-refundable. They fund platform operations and the nonprofit mission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
